I. RETURN & REFUNDS POLICY
1. Returns
We hope that you are very satisfied with your order. However, if you wish to return an item or if an item arrives damaged or faulty, you must contact us by email (info@gaya-alegria.com) or by phone (+41-79 555 3600 / 65-8113 8030) within 14 working days of receiving your order.
To return your product:
- Please email us your order number and let us know why you have decided to return your order.
- We will provide you with the return address.
- Ship the products back to us within 30 days from the date you received your order.
- Include the original packing slip in the package.
- Please ensure that your name and address are clearly marked on the return package.
Please note: Only unused items that are securely wrapped in the original packaging will be accepted.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your returned item. We reserve the right to reject a return or deny a full refund if the product is no longer in a salable condition or does not meet our return standards:
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging with labels attached.
- Returned items must reach our premises within 30 days from the date you received your order.
Also, please note that Gaya Alegria is not responsible for return shipping costs.
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the returned item is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
3. Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time for a refund to be processed. If you have done so and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@gaya-alegria.com.
4. Return of Sale Items
Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for a refund; sale items cannot be returned.
